Megan Guerndt's Projects

I am a user experience designer with a background in techical writing and software quality assurance. I love to find and solve problems, whether they are bugs in code or pain points for users. I view all forms of communication as translation; for example, websites translate ideas and values to viewers and user guides translate technical processes to laypeople. I believe that as user experiene designers, our roles as translators are the key to successful communication.

I live in Northwest Arkansas where I enjoy taking walks on the beautiful trails. In my spare time, I like to read, primarily Fantasy and Non-fiction.
